Business Health Check

A practical session where we will run through various aspects of the day to day operation of your business, the challenges you face and the changes you'd like to make, culminating in the delivery of a step by step forward plan for the forthcoming days and weeks. Broken into manageable daily tasks.

This is a fixed price product which typically takes around 5 hours of discussion time (usually broken into 3 or 4 separate calls spread over the course of a week) followed by a detailed action plan and then a series of brief 'steering' calls in the following weeks to keep you on track.
