Full Day BD Consultation

For complex, tricky or in depth Business Development sessions you can book a full day consultation where we will scenario bust, steer and advise on the hold backs, bottlenecks and log jams being faced and produce an action plan for the key steps to transforming and reshaping.

Usually this full day consultation is broken into two half day sessions, to allow the content to be absorbed. These should be held across consecutive days where we delve into the depths of the issues and resolve the root causes.

A series of follow up conversations are included as required, during which we will allow the action plan evolve and reshape to ensure its continued relevance.
